Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Tehran/Polour
Depart Tehran and hit the road to Polour in a sedan car.
Day 2: Polour/ Base Camp/Camp 3
Drive to Goosfand Sara, Damavand Base Camp at 3000m on a 4WD.
Hike up to Camp 3 (Bargah Sevom) at 4200m.
Day 3: Acclimatization
Hike up to 5000m to get acclimatized.
Return to Camp 3.
Day 4: Conquer Peak/Camp 3
Hike up to the peak at 5671m.
Enjoy exploring the area and taking photos.
Descend to Camp 3 (Bargah Sevom) at 4200m.
Day 5: Camp 3/Goosfand Sara/Tehran
Descend to Goosfand Sara at 3000m.
Drive to Larijan and Rineh on a 4WD.
Drive to Tehran in a sedan car.
When you arrive in Tehran, you can select a sightseeing tour to visit the city in the next few days.
