Hello,
I am preparing a team for a trip to Iran and we would like to climb the Damavend peak. I found your website and I have some questions. Is the overnight stay in a mountain hut or will we need tents? Is late August early September available?
Best Regards,
Marcin
Hello Marcin,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re glad to hear that you’re interested in climbing Damavand peak in Iran. To answer your questions, there are mountain huts available on the mountain that climbers can use for overnight stays. However, it’s also possible to camp on the mountain if you prefer to bring your own tent.
Late August and early September are generally good times to climb Damavand. The weather is usually mild with clear skies, making it a great time to enjoy the mountain’s beautiful scenery.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re happy to help in any way we can.
